Who can attend SALT?
SALT is a welcoming space created primarily for women, non-binary, and trans people, along with respectful allies. Everyone attending is expected to contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive environment.

Yes. SALT is strictly an 18+ event. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.

Yes. SALT is built on respect, inclusion, and community. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, violence, or hateful behaviour.

Is SALT an all-inclusive resort?
No. Stay & Play packages include accommodation, daily breakfast, and access to all official SALT Weekend events. Lunch, dinner, beverages, and personal purchases are additional.

Why am I seeing rooms as unavailable?
Stay & Play packages require check-in Friday and check-out Monday. Searching different dates may show no availability.

Can I book by myself?
Yes. Solo travelers are welcome. Room rates are based on double occupancy, so the listed price remains the same.

Can I choose who I stay with?
Yes. Group bookings stay together. Some accommodations have shared kitchenettes, please review room descriptions.

How many people can stay in each room?
Each room has a maximum occupancy listed on the booking page.

Can someone who isn't staying at the resort spend the night?
No. Only registered Stay & Play guests may stay overnight.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins Friday at 2:00 PM. Check-out is Monday 2pm sharp, any later it will attract a fee.

Yes. Please notify the SALT team in advance.

What happens if I miss check-in?
Your reservation remains valid, but unused nights or experiences are non-refundable.

When will I receive the exact location for my Stay & Play package?
Stay & Play guests will receive the exact resort location, check-in instructions, and arrival information shortly after booking. To help protect the privacy and security of all guests, we ask that this information is kept confidential and not shared or posted publicly.

What should I pack?
Swimwear, comfortable clothing, sunscreen, ID, toiletries, medications and themed outfits.

What if I lose my wristband?
Report it immediately. Replacement may incur a fee.

Is my wristband transferable?
No. Wristbands are non-transferable and must be worn by the registered guest at all times.

Is there a quiet time?
Yes. Please respect overnight quiet hours outside official events.

What could cause removal from the property?
Violence, harassment, illegal drugs, weapons, property damage, unauthorized guests, or failure to follow staff/security instructions.

Can I smoke or vape?
Only in designated areas. No smoking in the rooms. If smoke is detected it will cost a fee.

Can I split the room cost?
Yes. One guest books the room and your group can settle payments privately.

How are the room prices calculated?
The room price displayed is the total cost for the entire stay. To determine the nightly cost per person, we divide the total price by the 3-night stay, then divide that amount by the maximum number of guests the room accommodates.

Are payment plans available?
A 60% non-refundable deposit secures Stay & Play bookings. The 40% balance is due one month before the first event. The SALT team will send an invoice and reminder for the remaining balance.

Are drinks included?
No. Drinks are sold separately. Bottle service packages are available.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?
Stay & Play guests may bring outside food. Private/shared kitchenettes are available. Outside alcohol is not permitted at official SALT events.

Is there medical assistance?
Yes. Basic first aid will be available on-site. If a guest requires a doctor, urgent care, or hospital treatment, arrangements can be made; however, any associated medical costs are the responsibility of the guest or patron.

Yes. Photos and videos will be captured throughout the weekend for promotional and archival purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photos, videos, or interviews, please let our content team know.
