SALT Weekend Terms of Service​

Welcome to SALT Weekend. By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, booking accommodations, or participating in any SALT event, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or purchasing any SALT product or service, you agree to these Terms and all applicable policies.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout.(USD)

  • Full payment or the required deposit must be received to confirm your booking.

  • Bookings are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All ticket and accommodation sales are final .

  • Refunds will not be issued if an event is cancelled by SALT, a date change will be made for the event.

  • Approved transfers or credits, where applicable, are at the sole discretion of SALT.

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring they can travel before booking.

4. Event Changes

SALT reserves the right to modify event schedules, venues, artists, activities, or experiences without prior notice when necessary. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.

5. Code of Conduct

SALT is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.
By attending, you agree to:

  • Treat all guests, staff, and partners with respect.

  • Follow all venue rules and staff instructions.

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, violence, or disruptive behaviour.

Guests who violate these standards may be removed from events without a refund.

6. Wristbands & Entry

  • Wristbands are non-transferable.

  • Tampered, damaged, or duplicated wristbands may result in denied entry or removal from the event.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID may be required for entry.

7. Accommodation

Guests staying in SALT accommodations are responsible for:

  • Respecting the property and other guests.

  • Paying for any damage caused during their stay.

  • Following the accommodation's rules and check-in/check-out times.

8. Photography & Media

By attending SALT Weekend, you acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken during events. These images may be used by SALT for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.

9. Personal Responsibility

Participation in SALT activities is at your own risk. Guests are responsible for their own health, safety, personal belongings, and travel arrangements.

10. Medical Emergencies

First aid services may be available during designated events. Any additional medical treatment, transportation, or healthcare costs are the responsibility of the guest.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SALT, its organizers, partners, staff, and volunteers shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, theft, or expenses arising from participation in the event, except where required by law.

12. Privacy

Any personal information collected through the website will only be used to process bookings, communicate important event information, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
